This song is a very simple plucking progression of only 4 chords.  I figured this out while watching the Use Your Van DVD.  He plays this song in its entirety and you can watch his fingers and see that its fairly easy.
I'm not going to transcribe the exact plucking pattern, but if you use your thumb and index finger alternating between low and high strings, you'll pick it up.
